Travelling Around
After a gentle landing at Sri Lanka’s main airport, Wonderland Leisure will look after you and your fellow passengers throughout the entire trip. The fascinating island of Sri Lanka can be explored in a number of ways, and each one offers a distinctively fresh perspective on the locals and the picturesque surroundings.

Travelling by Coach
Coach tours in Sri Lanka are an exciting way to experience the country’s beauty and culture, with stops at key destinations such as the South coast, Hill country, and the Cultural Triangle. These tours, which depart on predetermined dates and times, are not only cost-effective, but also allow you to form new friendships and share novel experiences with those you travel with.

Travelling by Boat
There are daily luxury yacht services, including whale watching and sunset cruises, available for smaller groups.

Travelling by Air
Locations that are accessible include the airport, Bentota, Castlereagh, Colombo, Cultural Triangle, Dickwella, Kandy, Koggala, Nuwara Eliya, Tissamaharama, and Jaffna.
The number of choices for chartered domestic air travel in Sri Lanka has increased dramatically, ranging from air taxis to helicopter and plane transfers, which may accommodate up to 14 people without luggage.
Air taxis, which can carry up to 15 passengers without luggage, and helicopters, which can carry up to 20 passengers without luggage, are both available on scheduled flights for couples and families at a more affordable rate.

Travelling by Train
Why not take a train ride instead of being driven? This gives you the chance to observe how the landscape changes from the beaches to the paddy fields to the hills where tea is grown.
A whole train can be requested for large gatherings of less than 64 passengers. Relive colonial times by boarding the Viceroy train, Sri Lanka’s lone remaining passenger steam train. Every trip in the Viceroy Special is pulled by vintage steam locomotives built in Britain that are at least 50 years old, depending on availability.
We advise using the train’s observation carriage.
